TraderNSYT is built by NSYT Labs. This covers the waitlist at tradernsyt.com. It does not cover the TraderNSYT application, which is not yet available. When it is, it will have its own policy and you will be able to read it before you use it.

What we collect

Your email address, because you typed it into the form.

That is the only thing we ask you for.

If you came here from a link we posted, that link may carry a short label naming the post it was on — something like tiktok-04-weakest-hour. We keep it beside your address so we can tell which posts were worth making. It describes the post, not you. Arrive any other way and there is nothing to keep.

What we do with it

When you sign up, Loops sends you one click-to-confirm email — you are only on the list once you click it. After that, we email you once, when TraderNSYT opens. That is what you signed up for and it is the only reason we have your address.

We may email you a second time if something changes that would matter to someone waiting — a long delay, or the project stopping. We would rather tell you than leave you on a list forever.

We do not sell your address, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone for their own use.

Who else sees it

Two companies, because we use their tools to run this:

Loops stores the list and sends the email. Vercel serves this page and, like any web host, records ordinary request logs — the address of the computer asking for the page, the browser it used, and when.

That is the whole list. There is nobody else.

What we don't do

No advertising trackers. No analytics that follow you to other sites. No cookies for marketing. No selling anything to anybody.

Getting off the list

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.

If you would rather we deleted your address entirely, email support@nsytlabs.com and we will remove it and confirm that we have.

Where it is kept

Both companies are American and store data in the United States. If you are writing from somewhere else, your address will be handled there.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to get a copy. Since what we hold is your email address, and at most a short label naming the post you came from, the answer to the first question is short. Write to support@nsytlabs.com and we will do it.

Children

This is a tool for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.

If this changes

We will change the date at the top. If a change is significant and you are already on the list, we will tell you rather than expecting you to check.
